Basic Product:

We offer pyramid bags individually packed in single envelopes. Our pyramid bags are made from both non-genetically modified materials (Non-GMO Mesh) and non-woven PLA filter material. With the aid of our state-of-the-art packaging line, which includes our own filter material tagging machine, we have the capability to produce large quantities while remaining flexible to accommodate customer requirements.

The Production Line:
Our production line utilizes machines manufactured by a globally renowned supplier based in Poland. This close proximity to our machine supplier ensures a seamless production process.

Manufacturing in the EU:
Being situated within the EU allows us to produce and deliver our products without unnecessary and time-consuming formalities.

Grammage per tea bag:
Ranging from 1.5g to 5.0g, the exact weight depends on the cut size and volume of the tea.

Individual Envelopes:

Our single envelopes are made from sustainable NatureFlex™ or paper NatureFlex™ film, providing eco-friendly packaging solutions. Furthermore, theseenvelopescanbecustomizedwith individual prints.

Premium Product:

Our premium products feature meticulously hand-sewn pouches, crafted with the utmost care by our skilled employees. These pouches are designed to hold your organic premium items, including bath products, teas, and herbs. They are meticulously made from either cotton or PLA, ensuring top-notch quality. In addition, our production process uses cotton thread, providing drip-free functionality. Each tea bag is meticulously filled by hand, allowing us to handle and pack high-quality tea blends, such as whole chamomile flowers or large leaf green tea. Our commitment to sustainability is unwavering, with 100% sustainability being a cornerstone of our organic products.

Grammage per tea bag:
Depending on the cut size and tea volume, our tea bags range from 1.5g to 5.0g. This ensures a perfect balance of flavors and aromas. Moreover, our single envelopes are made from sustainable NatureFlex™ or paper NatureFlex™ film, guaranteeing eco-friendly packaging solutions. These envelopes can also be customized with individual prints, enabling you to create a unique and personalized brand experience.

Hand-Sewn Teapot Bags and Bath Bags:

Each tea bag is individually hand-sewn, allowing us to offer larger bags to meet your specific needs. For instance, we can create bags designed for teapots that require more tea or herbs. By extending the string, you can enjoy the convenience of a beautiful bag for creating iced tea (featuring whole apple pieces) or for use with tea pots.

Grammage per tea bag:

Depending on the cut size and tea volume, our tea bags range from 5.0g to 15.0g. This flexibility ensures a perfect infusion according to your preferences. Furthermore, we also produce larger bags suitable for use in commercial kitchens, where herbs are used as flavor additives in dishes like soups. These bags are also ideal for bath applications, providing a relaxing and aromatic experience. For such purposes, we recommend the use of cotton as the production material.
